Sarah has been counseling children, adolescents, and adults for over 28 years. She has worked in hospital settings, community behavioral health and private practice. Sarah's depth of knowledge enables her to work with a variety of challenging issues to help people in effective and empowering ways.

For the past 9 years, Sarah, has had the privilege to work and lecture with Pia Mellody, training mental health professionals on Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy (PIT) trauma treatment model. Sarah also provides consultation to other therapists nationwide and internationally on this highly effective treatment Model.
